Pre-treat tile and grout with our commercial grade low-odor, non-toxic cleaner that loosens accumulated soap scum, grease, contaminants and topical residues, which come from soaps and body oils.

After a thorough cleaning, we inspect the grout and fill in missing areas as needed, using the best-matching color grout possible.

We then remove the old caulking and replace with mold resistant caulk*.

We can also seal the grout on your shower walls. This will help protect the grout from getting dirty and help to prevent the growth of mold. For showers and tub walls, it's recommended to reseal the grout at least every six months. Sometimes it can be more often, depending on how many people are using the shower in a week's time.

To help maintain the cleanliness of your shower, we recommend cleaning it with a Neutral Tile & Stone Cleaner.

* We do not guarantee caulk in wet areas. There are many situations that cause mold to grow, such as poor lighting, poor ventilation, excessive moisture, etc. We cannot control these therefore we cannot guarantee the caulk we install for any period of time.
