As a preventive service enhancement, Grout Kleen offers a way to keep your floors looking new forever with our KleenCare Maintenance Program. 

The KleenSeal Grout Restoration System combined with our KleenCare Maintenance Program will ensure that your floors will retain the same appearance as when your floor was initially restored with our KleenSeal process.

As long as you continue to perform our recommended daily maintenance cleaning routine and agree to the KleenCare Maintenance Program, Grout Kleen guarantees your floors will be maintained in immaculate condition for as long as you own them.

Residential floors should have our KleenCare Maintenance performed no less than ever 12 months for maximum life expectancy of our KleenSeal System.
KleenCare Maintenance Program cleaning procedure for residential floors:

  • Thorough cleaning of the tile and grout to remove any surface dirt, debris and odors
  • Maintain or repair the grout sealed with our KleenSeal System.
  • Final rinsing of the floor and towel dry
Commercial flooring should have our KleenCare Maintenance Cleaning performed no less than every 3 months, for maximum life expectancy of our KleenGlaze Process.
KleenCare Maintenance Program cleaning procedure for commercial floors:
  • Thorough cleaning of the tile and grout to remove any surface dirt, debris and/or odors
  • Maintain or repair the grout sealed with our KleenSeal System
  • Maintain or recoat your floor with our Tile Shield Glaze (commercial applications only)
  • Repair any grout that has cracked or deteriorated.
Failure to have Grout Kleen perform a KleenCare Maintenance Cleaning at least 1 time in a 12 month span for residential floors, will void our warranty.
