Our Commercial Tile and Grout Restoration System is a process that restores tile and grout to like new. The process will extract contaminants from the tile and grout and leave a shiny, durable coating on the fresh, sanitized tile and a water-proof, stain and mildew resistant durable layer of protection on the grout.

Our 6 step process will make even the oldest, dirtiest, dingiest floors snap back to life!

Step 1 — Deep cleaning and stripping of the tile and grout to remove any old sealer, wax or residue build up.

Step 2 — Deep cleaning and scrubbing of the grout lines to remove contaminants and soiling

Step 3 — Thoroughly rinse the tile and grout with our high pressurized boiling hot water generated from our state of the art truck mounted unit. This final rinse will open the pores of the grout preparing it for our Color Restoration Sealing Process.

Step 3A — (If necessary) Repair any loose or missing grout

Step 4 — Application of our Color Restoration Sealer to the grout lines. This will provide a uniform color and protect the grout from spills and stains.

Step 5 — Buff floor to remove sealer off edges of tile

Step 6 — Apply 2 coats of high gloss glaze/sealer to the tile surface for maximum protection.
