Annual Maintenance and Color Restoration Sealer Lifetime Warranty

As a preventive service enhancement, Grout Kleen offers a way to keep your floors looking new forever with our lifetime warranty on the color restoration sealing services provided. The warranty is valid provided the customer contracts Grout Kleen to perform a maintenance cleaning service, at a significantly reduced price, of the tile & grout, a minimum of one time every 12 months.

If chipping, fading, cracking or peeling occurs due to normal wear and tear prior of 12 months, Grout Kleen will repair the area at no further cost to the customer.

Maintenance Cleaning
No up front financial commitment or signed agreement is required to participate in our Maintenance Cleaning program. Simply call the office within 12 months from the date the sealer was installed to activate and schedule your maintenance cleaning.
